Curriculum
First Congregational Preschool offers a play-based curriculum featuring socialization and exploration through hands-on experience. The program is designed to foster social, emotional, and intellectual development in a gentle, loving environment.
First Congregational Preschool teachers plan creative, process-oriented indoor and outdoor activities. Children are given ample time to learn through play. By playing and engaging in planned activities children are exposed to art, music, language and literacy, math and science, fine and gross motor activities. Social and emotional development are fostered by small classes, nurturing adults, and promotion of kindness in the preschool community.
